While we do not provide direct support for third-party applications or vendor-specific integrations, we’ll assist in identifying infrastructure-level causes to application-level problems.

Our Managed Services cover the day-to-day operations, optimization, and security of your AWS environment. We focus on the infrastructure layer — services like EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, and others that power your workloads.

You’ll get help with monitoring, backups, cost controls, account hygiene, incident response, and more — all structured under five service pillars that define what’s included, how it’s delivered, and where the boundaries are. You can see those pillars outlined above.
We don’t manage your application code or third-party tools, but we’ll make sure the AWS services supporting them are healthy, secure, and well-architected.

Cloud303 can, yes — but not as part of Managed Services. Workload design, build-outs, and migrations are handled by our Professional Services team through scoped project engagements. Managed Services keeps your environment running smoothly after it’s built.

If a request falls outside the scope of our Managed Services, we’ll let you know right away — no surprise bills or unclear expectations. In most cases, we’ll offer one or both of the following options:

● Refer the request to our Professional Services team for a scoped project

We’ll never leave you stuck — even if the work is outside our lane, we’ll make sure you have a clear next step and any context we can provide from the infrastructure side.

Our monitoring / alerting is AWS-native. We can monitor uptime of external endpoints (e.g., SaaS logins, public API endpoints, public websites) using synthetic tests, but we don’t offer agent-based monitoring for third-party or on-prem environments as part of Managed Services.

Yes — our Managed Services include 24/7 monitoring and incident response for your AWS environment. If something breaks outside of business hours, our on-call team is automatically alerted and will begin triage based on predefined severity and runbook guidelines.

You can also submit tickets at any time through our support portal. Routine requests are handled during business hours, while urgent issues are prioritized based on impact.

Yes. We help enforce least-privilege access, review IAM policies, and maintain AWS SSO. We also maintain logs and guardrails to track changes and access patterns.

Yes — we deploy AWS-native conformance packs and audit tools tailored to common compliance frameworks. For more complex needs like gap analysis, policy writing, or audit prep, we can refer you to third-party partners for comprehensive assistance.

Our ticketing portal is the main channel to contact the MS team. If your environment triggers an alert, we’ll either auto-resolve it or notify you based on predefined runbooks and severity levels. We also meet quarterly to review incidents, trends, and action items.
