Often customers would like to try out a service, see if it's a fit and what the cost might be. In these cases, we will contact your AWS account manager and discuss some proof of concept funding. It's not guaranteed, but often there are AWS programs that we can take advantage to at least off-set the cost.

Cloud303 has a wide set of CloudFormation templates that allow users to handle deployments and configurations of AWS services themselves. If you're interested in doing some of this stuff yourself then this feature is for you. Our templates are constantly worked on and improved to keep up with new releases as well, so just drag and drop into the CloudFormation console as you please. We also take requests, so if our library does not already have the service template, drop us a note and we'll have it added in a jiffy.

You don't have to be a customer of ours to get support from our community. But you do have to be a customer in order to get access to our premium solutions. Every week we answer the questions in our forums with detailed tutorials and solutions. If a simple answer isn't enough, our premium solutions certainly will be.

Root credentials are incredibly important and sensitive and because they should never be used they are also easy to lose. At Cloud303 we take account security very seriously. Only three of us have access to root account logins and we should we every lose our MFA mechanisms or Yubikeys we keep spares in a safe deposit box so that we can never lose control of your accounts.

AWS services are updated on a regular basis to keep up with security and bux fixes. These emails are sent out to all customers using the services which require actions on your end at times. These actions can be unclear at times which is why Cloud303 and your account manager handle planning and scoping of upgrades and fixes.

We assign our accounts a primary engineer. Except in cases of emergency, in which your engineer isn't available, your assigned engineer will be your first responder and the primary engineer assigned to all your projects. No more educating new people on your account every time you need help.

AWS account wide security monitoring using a combination of AWS Config and Lambda. The rules and lambda functions are deployed using CloudFormation which you will own and can reuse as you please! A detailed description and report on what the security monitoring does is also presented so you can turn off rules that your organization might not need.
